1. Do you charge a delivery fee? What is the order minimum?
No, we do not charge a delivery fee. The order minimum is $65.00 + gst for commercial addresses. For residential based catering businesses, order minimum is $150.00 +gst.
2. What is the order cut off time?
Our main cut off is 4pm for next day delivery on weekdays. Orders must be submitted before this time to secure next day delivery. Orders submitted after 4pm with next day delivery selected can not be fulfilled.
Earlier order cut off times apply for the some products such Gourmet Desserts 1pm cut off and Sandwiches 2pm cut off. If an earlier cut off time applies or extra notice is required, the product will have symbols such as the following:
(48 hour notice symbol), (1pm cut off symbol), (2pm cut off symbol)
On Sundays the cut off is 1pm for delivery on the next working day.
Public Holiday cut-off times will vary for each Public Holiday. Please check our website for updates on each Public Holiday or contact the office on 02 9565 5005.
3. Which areas to do you deliver to? What time can we expected delivery?
a) Sydney metropolitan area - All products are available across the wider Sydney metropolitan area. Most areas are serviced daily. Delivery times vary for each suburbs with all deliveries completed between 4.30 am and 11 am. Please contact us for specific details related to your location.
b) Newcastle region, Central Coast and Southern Highlands - We have limited deliveries days to these regions. Please contact our office for details.
c) All Other regions - We can send via overnight courier a limited range of products that do not require refrigeration and can travel safely with a courier. Please contact us for further details.
4. What days do you deliver?
Our delivery days are Monday to Friday.
5. Can you deliver securely outside of trading hours?
Providing us with a key and specific delivery instructions enables us to place the delivery in your allocated "safe place". For security reasons, any keys issued to us are issued a number and we do not write your business name or address on any key tags.
If we deliver outside of trading hours and do not have key access, our driver will put it the safest possible location. We cannot accept responsibility for any item that is subsequently stolen or damaged.
6. My online order shows status of submitted. What does this mean?
When you confirm your Online order the status will show “Submitted”. This also means that order has been downloaded to our accounting system and processed. When reviewing your Sales History you may notice that previous orders used the status “Invoiced”. This is no longer used as invoicing is only generated through our accounting system.
7. How can I pay for my order?
Payment is accepted by the following methods -
- Credit Card payments in advance of delivery. Surcharge of 1.5% applies for payment by Visa, Mastercard and 1.9% for American Express.
- 7 Day account to approved customers. Click Here to download credit application. Accounts can be settled via weekly charge to your nominated Credit Card or Bank Account or EFT Transfer to our account.
8. Do you supply the general public?
No, we only supply customers in the food industry.
